Table rowspan problem while removing cells

Description ¶
same as in #6244 by MaNi,
- Insert table 3x3
- Split vertically cell 2x2 (rowspan=2 is added to cells on the left and right)
- Remove newly added cell
- Table layout is crashed (rowspan attribute is not deleted after deleting new cell
