Table rowspan problem while removing cells

Description

same as in #6244 by MaNi,

Insert table 3x3
Split vertically cell 2x2 (rowspan=2 is added to cells on the left and right)
Remove newly added cell
Table layout is crashed (rowspan attribute is not deleted after deleting new cell
