Safari Align(left/center/right) can not be used for Numbered list or Bulleted list

Description

To reproduce the defect:

Open a sample and type some text in the editor.

Click on Numbered or Bulleted list icon and click Align center or Align right icons in the Toolbar.

Expected result:

Enter text and number/bullet list will be together all show in Align center or Align right.

Actual result:

Only enter text show in Align center or Align right. Number/bullets in the list still stay left.
