Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

[Opera] ALT+F10 and ALT+F11 doesn't work

Description

With Opera it is not possible to move the keyboard navigation focus to the Toolbar (ALT+F10) nor to the the Elements Path (ALT+F11).
