Problem occurs when 'src=' is used in the href query string

Description

This can be reproduced by setting the href="page?src=url";

If the content is edited after the first save, the editor inserts " data-cke-saved-src=url" between "page?" and "src" in the code.

Similar issue to ticket #7243

I need to investigate this issue further; as it's only happening on my local instance and not on the demo ckeditor at http://ckeditor.com/demo. I'm not sure how to close this ticket?
