ctrl+A don't work if widget is the first element in content

Description
in this demo: http://ckeditor.com/demo#widgets when you move widget to the top, you can't select all content witch ctrl+a. In other situations work fine.

DUP of #11180. Unfortunately it's a browser bug and it's hardly fixable by us.

Update: you can't select all also if widget is last element
