[IE8] Form elements at end of line

Description

In IE8 strict, it's impossible to move carret to the end of line if form element ends this line.

Reproduction

Use this content:

<p>
	foo^<input name="foo" type="radio" value="foo" /></p>

Try move carret to the right using arrow, mouse click or End keystroke.

Works in IE8 quirks.
