This doesnt necessarily depend on fullpage editing... I use body CSS in V2 to control what is otherwise an in-place edit box. #3401 as well.

We'll just migrate the v2 feature at this moment.

I doubt if you could provide some better feature on this than just clone v2 feature, e.g. We could provide a single config entry that receive a full stack of attributes/style, along the road of 'custom styles'
